I've got a deadline in three weeks so my life is insane right now. I wake up panicking, I go to sleep panicking and I spend most of the day wishing I could somehow figure out a way to squeeze out four or five more hours of work time.
I found this quote today (yes, I should have been working. I know, already!). I thought it was particularly appropriate:
Writing a book is a horrible, exhausting struggle, like a long bout of some painful illness. One would never undertake such a thing if one were not driven on by some demon whom one can neither resist nor understand. -- George Orwell, "Why I Write" 1947
